YOUTH WORKOUT GROUPS

TUESDAY: 6:30-7:30PM
THURSDAY: 6:30-7:30PM
Details:
Our youth workout groups are designed for all athletes between the ages of 11 and 13. The workouts follow a lot of the same programming as our high school athletes making the necessary adjustments based on their age, level of performance and sport they play. A typical workout follows this routine:
Dynamic Warm Up
Extended Warm Up: speed/agility, mobility, arm care or circuit training
Workout: Upper Focus, Lower Focus, Total Body Focus, or Arm Care Focus
Youth Training Memberships (Ages 11-13. Some exceptions can be made for younger athletes. Contact us for additional info)
Youth Group (1 FCS youth group workout per week)
Youth Group Elite (2 FCS group workouts per week)
*Youth group elite membership includes full access to the recovery area as well as access to the cage and bullpen during non lesson hours*
