YOUTH WORKOUT GROUPS

TUESDAY: 6:30-7:30PM
THURSDAY: 6:30-7:30PM

Details:

Our youth workout groups are designed for all athletes between the ages of 11 and 13. The workouts follow a lot of the same programming as our high school athletes making the necessary adjustments based on their age, level of performance and sport they play. A typical workout follows this routine:

  • Dynamic Warm Up

  • Extended Warm Up: speed/agility, mobility, arm care or circuit training

  • Workout: Upper Focus, Lower Focus, Total Body Focus, or Arm Care Focus

Youth Training Memberships (Ages 11-13. Some exceptions can be made for younger athletes. Contact us for additional info)

  • Youth Group (1 FCS youth group workout per week)

  • Youth Group Elite (2 FCS group workouts per week)

*Youth group elite membership includes full access to the recovery area as well as access to the cage and bullpen during non lesson hours*
