Unlike standard training facilities, this one focuses on both physical and spiritual growth. The programs are designed to help athletes improve performance, build character, and develop a deeper relationship with their faith.Is it necessary to be a Christian to train here?
No. Athletes of all backgrounds and beliefs are welcome. While the program is based on Christian principles, and the staff is faith-driven, a respectful and inclusive environment is created for everyone.What sports performance services are offered?
Personalized and group training in strength and conditioning, speed development, injury prevention, and sport-specific skills are offered.

How is faith incorporated into the training program?
Faith is integrated through practices like team prayer, Bible study, and incorporating biblical principles such as perseverance and discipline into coaching. Coaches use their platform to model Christ-like behavior and provide mentorship.Is faith-based discussion mandatory?
No, participation in faith-based discussions or activities is optional for athletes. These opportunities are available for those interested, but the primary focus is on athletic training for all.Is the Bible used as motivation for athletic success?
The Bible is used to provide perspective and motivation beyond winning. Scriptures help athletes develop qualities like perseverance through adversity, humility, and maintaining a positive attitude.Will an athlete be trained differently because of their beliefs?
No. All athletes receive the same high-level, evidence-based performance training. Faith integration provides mentorship and support, not a different method for physical training.
Training and performance
What is the approach to sports performance?
Our approach is to train all kinds of athletes with a focus on making them stronger, faster, and maintaining their health. We use a scientifically grounded method tailored to each athlete's unique needs, goals, and sport. All of our coaches are certified and bring extensive experience to ensure effective and safe training outcomes.How is an athlete's progress measured?
Initial assessments are conducted, and progress is tracked over time using metrics such as testing for speed, strength, and agility to ensure measurable improvement. We focus mainly on vertical and broad jump testing,What should an athlete bring to a training session?
Athletes should bring comfortable workout attire, athletic shoes, a water bottle, and any personal equipment they may need. We have a water station they can use to fill up their jugs. There are also food/drinks for purchase.

What is the policy on sportsmanship?
All athletes and coaches are expected to exhibit integrity, respect, and fair play. This is a core part of the mission to develop character alongside athleticism.What is the cancellation policy?
To cancel or pause your membership, please email or text our team, and we will make the necessary adjustments to your account.Are scholarships or financial assistance offered?
Yes, scholarships are available based on need. Please contact the administrative staff for more information on how to apply.What if I miss a workout, can I make it up?
Yes, missed workouts can be made up by coming to a workout group or open gym on a later date.What if I can’t make it to the scheduled workout group, can I workout at a different time?
This answer is almost always a yes if we are at the gym doing lessons or other training during the time you can make it in for your workout. Reach out to our team, and we will do our best to give you alternate workout time.

The importance of church and community is considered. Scheduling aims to minimize conflicts with Sunday services or other important faith-based commitments.
