  • Full Training & Workout Plan (Updated Every 4-5 Weeks)

  • Text/Email Communication with Your Trainer (7am-9pm CST)

  • Email or Text Reminders for Workout Days or Check In Activities

  • Weekly Scheduled Phone or Video Check-ins to discuss workouts, goals, progress, etc
