HIGH SCHOOL WORKOUT GROUPS

TAUGHT BY: ERIC FISHER AND CLAYTON CRUM

Schedule:

MONDAY: 3PM-4PM, 6:30PM-7:30PM
TUESDAY: 3PM-4PM, 6:30-7:30PM

WEDNESDAY: 3PM-4PM
THURSDAY: 3PM-4PM, 6:30-7:30PM

FRIDAY and SATURDAY: OPEN GYM TIME ANNOUNCED WEEKLY

Details:

Our workout groups are designed for all athletes. We adjust our programming to fit the needs of our athletes based on their level of performance and sport they play. A typical workout follows this routine:

  • Dynamic Warm Up

  • Extended Warm Up: speed/agility, mobility, arm care or circuit training

  • Workout: Upper Focus, Lower Focus, Total Body Focus, or Arm Care Focus

Athlete Training Memberships: (High School/College/Pro Memberships ages 14+)

  • Basic (Access to recovery area as well as cage/bullpen during non lesson hours)

  • Silver Elite (1 FCS group workout per week)

  • Gold Elite (2 FCS group workouts per week)

  • Platinum (3 FCS group workouts per week)

  • Platinum Elite (Unlimited FCS group workouts per week)

*All athlete memberships include full access to the recovery area as well as access to the cage and bullpen during non lesson hours*
