HIGH SCHOOL WORKOUT GROUPS

TAUGHT BY: ERIC FISHER AND CLAYTON CRUM

Schedule:

MONDAY: 3PM-4PM, 6:30PM-7:30PM
TUESDAY: 3PM-4PM, 6:30-7:30PM

WEDNESDAY: 3PM-4PM
THURSDAY: 3PM-4PM, 6:30-7:30PM

FRIDAY and SATURDAY: OPEN GYM TIME ANNOUNCED WEEKLY

Details:

Our workout groups are designed for all athletes. We adjust our programming to fit the needs of our athletes based on their level of performance and sport they play. A typical workout follows this routine:

  • Dynamic Warm Up

  • Extended Warm Up: speed/agility, mobility, arm care or circuit training

  • Workout: Upper Focus, Lower Focus, Total Body Focus, or Arm Care Focus

YOUTH WORKOUT GROUPS

TAUGHT BY: ERIC FISHER AND CLAYTON CRUM

Schedule:

TUESDAY: 6:30-7:30PM
THURSDAY: 6:30-7:30PM

Details:

Our youth workout groups are designed for all athletes between the ages of 11 and 13. The workouts follow a lot of the same programming as our high school athletes making the necessary adjustments based on their age, level of performance and sport they play. A typical workout follows this routine:

  • Dynamic Warm Up

  • Extended Warm Up: speed/agility, mobility, arm care or circuit training

  • Workout: Upper Focus, Lower Focus, Total Body Focus, or Arm Care Focus

PRIVATE BASEBALL LESSONS

TAUGHT BY: ERIC FISHER AND CLAYTON CRUM

Details:

We offer hitting, pitching, fielding, and catching lessons along with other specialized training including arm care training, weighted ball routines, throwing programs, etc.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Details:

Training for people who prefer one on one approach. This is also great for people wanting to join the workout group but want to learn some of the workouts we do beforehand. This is available for athletes of every age as well as adults.

NUTRITION PLANS/COACHING

TAUGHT BY: ERIC FISHER AND CLAYTON CRUM

What to expect:

  • Macro tracking using MyFitnessPal

  • Custom Calorie and Macronutrient Plan (adjusted based on results)

  • Daily Communication via Text with Coach Eric or Clayton

  • Text Reminders for Workout Days or Meal Check Ins

  • Weekly in-person meetings with weigh ins, body measurements, and progress photos

ONLINE/REMOTE TRAINING

TAUGHT BY: ERIC FISHER AND CLAYTON CRUM

What to expect:

  • Full Training & Workout Plan (Updated Every 4-5 Weeks)

  • Text/Email Communication with Your Trainer (7am-9pm CST)

  • Email or Text Reminders for Workout Days or Check In Activities

  • Weekly Scheduled Phone or Video Check-ins to discuss workouts, goals, progress, etc
