This membership gives access to one FCS workout per week
ELITE Members have access to the entire facility including all arm care and recovery equipment (Normatec is included with this membership). All Elite Members also have access to the pitching mound and cage whenever it is not being used for private lessons. Both the cage and bullpen are set up with Rapsodos that our athletes can use to track all of their metrics like pitch velocity, spin rate, ball exit velocity, launch angle, distance, etc. We will create for them a Rapsodo account, which will save and track all of their progress.
Workout Routine:
- Dynamic Warm Up
- Extended Warm Up: speed/agility, mobility, arm care or circuit training
- Workout: Upper Focus, Lower Focus, Total Body Focus, or Arm Care Focus
